Quilli is operated by 127 Foundry LLC. These terms govern your use of quilli.io and the Quilli application. Plain language is used deliberately; it is still a contract between you and us.
Last updated 21 August 2026.
Quilli lets you upload a PDF, place fields on it, send it for signature, and receive a sealed copy with a certificate of completion and an audit trail. It does not provide legal advice, and nothing in the product is a substitute for a lawyer.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, for the accuracy of what you send, and for having the right to send it. Keep your credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Start is $29 a month ($19 billed annually) and meters at 3 seats and 25 envelopes. Scale is $79 a month ($59 billed annually) with unlimited seats and envelopes. The trial runs 14 days and does not require a card; nothing is charged automatically when it ends. Paid plans renew until cancelled, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Signatures collected through Quilli are intended to satisfy the federal ESIGN Act and state UETA equivalents. Signers are shown a consent notice before signing and may decline. You are responsible for confirming that an electronic signature is legally sufficient for your particular document in your jurisdiction.
Some records are excluded from electronic-signature validity by law, or carry execution requirements Quilli does not meet. Do not use Quilli for: wills, codicils or testamentary trusts; notices of eviction, default, acceleration or right-to-cure; notices terminating health or life insurance benefits; court filings and official court documents; Form I-9 employment eligibility verification; or any document requiring notarization, a witness, or a verified signer identity. Quilli does not offer notarization or identity verification.
The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that a document executed through Quilli will be enforceable, admissible, or accepted by any particular counterparty, court or agency. We hold no third-party security certification — no SOC 2, no ISO 27001, no penetration-test report — and we cannot enter a HIPAA business associate agreement. Do not send protected health information.
Completed documents are fingerprinted and signed with a key held by the service. That key belongs to the platform and signs every tenant’s documents; it is not issued to your company and we do not describe it as yours. The audit trail is append-only by design and no logged-in user can edit it, which is a narrower claim than permanence.
To the fullest extent the law allows, 127 Foundry LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You may stop using Quilli and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk. Documents already sealed remain available for export for 30 days after an account closes.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continuing to use the service means accepting them. Questions go to legal@quilli.io.
This page was drafted against what the product actually does, not from a template — but it has not been reviewed by counsel. Have a lawyer read it before it governs a paying customer.
